The IBM FSS East team is offering a number of Proof of Technology/Workshop’s on the Value of IT Service Management that is scheduled for various locations in the East, see list below. Attached are invitation flyers that you can share directly with your clients. This event is open to all sectors, and we encourage you to drive attendance.
With the IT landscape rapidly evolving, new service management tooling has been introduced to address the challenges of managing the latest environments. Clients are invited to a complimentary proof of technology workshop for exploring IBM® z Systems® optimization technologies. This Proof of Technology session provides attendees with multiple hands-on labs hosted on live IBM z Systems. Clients can explore new ways to manage service levels and prepare for the new era of IT service Management.
